CCI performed exterior repairs to a 1960s elevated water tank. The elevated 45-foot diameter, 300,000-gallon capacity steel tank is approximately 172 feet tall and supported by five braced steel columns. CCI’s work consisted of lead paint removal at areas of paint failure; corrosion and structural repair; repair of holes; replacement of all tower, riser and erection rods; repair of designated gusset plates; repair of designated horizontal struts; replacement of designated horizontal struts; replacing designated hardware; repairing balcony and toe board; painting entire exterior of the structure; and obtaining all necessary permits and certifications.
