On this job order contract, CCI provided the U.S. Army Garrison Redstone Arsenal Directorate of Public Works with facility renovation and modernization services, as well as development of new infrastructure and facilities. CCI’s services included program management, task order management, safety management and oversight, contract administration, construction quality control, project planning and supervision by construction superintendents, coordination with numerous (75+) Redstone Arsenal organizations and tenants, subcontractor procurement and management, associated engineering work, and development of as-built drawings. The construction projects on this FFP IDIQ contract involved a wide range of construction disciplines, including but not limited to, carpentry, communications, electrical, excavation, fire detection and suppression, flooring, mechanical/HVAC, painting, paving, plumbing, and roofing.
